ALL packages include an event planning guide, personal consultation session, custom timeline, timeline management, vendor coordination, all songs, unlimited requests with WiFi, LED dance lights, free set-up and take-down time, travel fees within 20 miles of zip code 85233, and line dance instruction/leading and/or games if desired. Travel cost outside of 20 miles but within Maricopa County is a flat rate of $50.


The Reception Only Package includes ONE complete sound system with wireless microphones.  The Ceremony/Reception Packages include two complete sound systems with wireless microphones (ceremony and reception) and a cocktail hour system if necessary.

Reception Only (4 Hours): $800

5-Hour Ceremony and Reception Package: $1000

6-Hour Ceremony and Reception Package: $1150

8-Hour Ceremony and Reception Package: $1450


If you need longer than 8 hours (which is RARE) it will be an additional $150/hour.




$150-$200/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Pricing is based on level of my involvement planning and running the event.  I can MC the whole evening with games/awards/ dancing/etc or just play music in the background. It's up to you!


School Dances & Carnivals

$150/hr with a two-hour minimum. Includes group games and line dances with instruction.


Family Parties & Reunions

$150-$200/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Pricing is based on level of my involvement in planning and running the event.
